The system is very flexible as the packaging adapts to the packaged goods. The product is framed by the foil under tautness, so that maximum hold is guaranteed. The combination of the construction between tray and foil guarantees a high cushioning effect and reliably protects the product from bumps and vibrations.
The corrugated cardboard trays are delivered flatly. The product is placed on the packing table, then passed through a wrapping ring and wrapped in a spiral with an elastic foil. Thereby a solid unit is created, that ensures the functionality of the packaging. Then the tightening device pulls the tray out of the machine. The spacers are folded up by 90 °, giving the inner packaging its final form. Now this inner packaging only must be positioned in an outer box.
A horizontal wrapper is very flexible because the packaging adapts to the packaged goods. Thus enables, that products can be packed quickly and easily in any sequence. This packaging, which is directly adapted to the product, offers an individual protection. In addition no more filling material is necessary. The packaging is delivered flatly and only needs a minimum of storage space. The horizontal wrapper works quickly and efficiently and can manage up to 5 packages per minute.
